Making a reservation online implies the customer’s acceptance/approval of all and each of the general conditions that are integral part of the reservation and that are completed with the specific legislation applicable.
Cancellation Policy This policy defines how to handle cancellations
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking the remaining amount will be payable one calendar month before your arrival at the resort or property. Unless otherwise agreed with us.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSABILITY When making the reservation the customer is absolutely responsible of the accuracy of all the details given. If the details given are incorrect, the reservation could be cancelled.

All children are welcome.
At the Club Maritimo apartments there is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. But space is available for a travel cot.
At Apt. 213 Greenlife Village & Villa Maxine capacity for an extra bed is available. Prices for this can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.
The maximum number of extra beds or children's cots in a room is 1.
Pets and smoking Pets or smoking are not allowed within any of the properties.
